For more than 90 years and four generations the Daly family has grown the business–one roof and one satisfied client at a time–while building a tradition of honesty, excellent workmanship, and integrity-based service. Flat, low slope, steep slope, historical, architectural sheet metal, standing seam, slate or tile, new construction, restoration or reroof-̶ we have installed more than 25,000 new roofs and performed more than 50,000 roof repairs throughout the American Midwest.
We can handle any roofing and/or sheet metal project, regardless of its size or complexity. We inspect and address your entire building envelope and offer educated, long-lasting solutions specific to each facility that we build, renovate, or repair.

The Daly Family and Kaw Roofing & Sheet Metal Inc. are long-time industry leaders. committed to ongoing research, education and to setting new and higher standards in the industry. Our founder, Thomas J. Daly, was elected president of the National Roofing Contractors Association in 1936. Generations later, our current president, Robert P. Daly Jr., was also chosen by his peers across America to serve as president of the National Roofing Contractors Association.

From their first day on the job, our employees are given instruction in how to safely and responsibly work with a variety of chemicals, specialized materials and equipment. Kaw's veteran field technicians provide information and specialized training in order to reduce the possibility of accidents and to comply with the OSHA Hazard Communication Standard.

Kaw’s certified safety experts visit all job sites to assess needs and prepare a site-specific safety plan, including a drawing of the project that outlines full protection requirements for each specific area. We assume all jobs to be zero-tolerance in terms of safety violations. We conduct extensive training exercises, including, but not limited to, monthly company meetings; weekly toolbox talks; and additional training as required by OSHA, DOT, general contractors and owners.
